Information and purpose
You may provide your name, phone number, city or neighbourhood, project type and size, preferred date and a project description. Photos and PDF documents are optional. This information is used to handle your enquiry, contact you, understand your project and prepare a quote.
Providing information is voluntary; there is no legal obligation to provide it. A name and phone number are needed for this form. You can instead contact us by phone or email. Files are optional. Do not attach identity documents, medical or payment information, or personal information unrelated to the project. Obtain permission before submitting another person’s information or photos.
Files and WhatsApp
Selecting a file does not upload it. After you consent and submit the form, your selected files upload to storage operated for the website through Promvane. Files receive random links that are not listed publicly or intended for search indexing. Anyone holding a link can access its file, so share it only with people involved in your enquiry.
Links expire seven days after upload. Access is then blocked, and files are removed from active storage during scheduled cleanup. Expiry does not delete copies downloaded by you or Shahar, or copies sent through WhatsApp.
After upload, a WhatsApp draft opens with your details and file links. Shahar receives the enquiry only when you complete sending in WhatsApp. Uploaded files remain stored until expiry even if you do not send the message.
Service providers
Infrastructure and hosting providers, including Vercel and the server operating Promvane, process information needed for the site and uploads. WhatsApp enquiries pass through Meta’s WhatsApp service to Shahar’s number. Email passes through email providers. These services may process information outside Israel under their own terms and privacy policies.
We do not sell enquiry details. Consent to handle an enquiry is not consent to marketing messages. The form does not automatically subscribe you to a mailing list.
Cookies, preferences and technical information
This version does not embed Google Analytics, Meta Pixel or similar marketing trackers. Accessibility controls store only your selected settings in your browser. Reset them in the accessibility menu or clear site data. Blocking browser storage does not prevent use of the enquiry form.
Hosting infrastructure may process IP addresses, request times, page URLs and browser information for operation, security and abuse prevention. Advertising parameters may appear in page URLs. External services opened by a link have their own policies.
Retention, security and your rights
Uploads use HTTPS and are stored outside the site’s public asset directory, accessed by their random links. Supported images are processed to remove metadata; PDFs are not stripped of metadata. No security method guarantees complete protection.
Enquiry correspondence received by Shahar is kept as needed to handle enquiries, provide services and fulfil legal duties. You may contact Shahar to request access, correction or deletion where applicable under law. We may reasonably verify identity and must consider other people’s rights and legal retention duties. For a file request, include its link or upload date.
Before activating new tracking tools, information uses or providers that change this process, this policy and the form notice must be updated.
